Valerie DeLaune, L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist and certified neuromuscular therapist, with a master's degree in acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Washington. She holds professional certificates from the Heartwood Institute and the Brenneke School of Massage. Great Book

I discovered this book when trying to get over some running injuries.

It is fabulous in how it will help you figure out what your problem is and how to resolve your problem.

While you need to take some time off from over-use running injuries, this book helps keep that time to a minimum.

This is actually the second copy I purchased as I gave one away to my son who runs marathons.

A must own for the serious runner.
